Solite Luggage are warranted to the original owner against defects in materials or workmanship under normal recreational use. If a warranted product fails due to a material or manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the product at our option. This warranty does not include products with wheels, which have a 5-year warranty.

 

5. DO I HAVE TO RETAIN MY RECEIPT FOR WARRANTY COVERAGE?

 Your receipt is not required but would be very helpful during the warranty evaluation process. It is recommended that you retain your purchase receipt.

    c. Your Data. In the event of termination of this Agreement, Solite may delete and/or store in its discretion, data associated with your use of the Site.

26. Invalidity.
